This policy covers this website. It's short because we collect very little.
The spreadsheet
Simple PTO Tracker is a spreadsheet file. Whatever you enter in it (employee names, dates, balances) stays in your own copy, on your computer or in your own Google Drive. The file has no macros or scripts and doesn't connect to anything, so we never receive or see that data. Downloading the free Lite version doesn't require an email address.
What the forms collect
- Waitlist form: your email address. We use it only to tell you when the full version is available and about the product. We don't sell or share it.
- Contact form: your email address, your name if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
Forms on this site are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, under Netlify's privacy policy.
Unsubscribing and deletion
To stop hearing from us, reply to any email we send and ask to be removed, or send a request through the contact form. You can ask us to delete your submission the same way.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. As with any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
Purchases
When the full version is available, purchases are handled by Gumroad, which processes payment and delivery under Gumroad's privacy policy. We don't see or store your card details.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
